WE RECOMMEND YOU PRINT THE CONTENT OF THIS AGREEMENT AND STORE IT ALONG WITH ALL CONFIRMATION EMAILS, ADDITIONAL TERMS, TRANSACTION DATA, GAME RULES AND PAYMENT METHODS AS THEY RELATE TO YOUR USE OF THIS SITE. WE DO NOT FILE EACH INDIVIDUAL CONTRACT WITH USERS SO PLEASE PRINT IT OUT FOR YOUR RECORDS. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. NOTIFICATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSTITUTES THE MAKING OF AN OFFER. BY REGISTERING TO MAKE USE OF THE SERVICES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE CERTIFYING THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT REGISTER AND YOU MUST NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT AND YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCESS THE SOFTWARE AND THE GAMING SERVICES OFFERED IN CONJUNCTION THEREWITH.

Please note, these conditions may result in disqualification, account closure, forfeiture of funds and/or legal action against you. If you have any questions as to these Terms and Conditions, we encourage you to seek independent counsel prior accepting the Agreement.

WePlay Network is operated by WP Consulting N.V.. Gaming modules are provided by Evenbet Gaming.
3.
The operations of WePlay Network are regulated and licensed by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority Gaming Service Provider N.V. in Curacao.
WP Consulting N.V. holds sublicense with Gaming Service Provider N.V. in Curacao under License no 365/JAZ Sub-License GLH-OCCHKTW0701282021 as of 28th day of January 2023

As the text in this Agreement as well as the rules and guidelines at our website are presented in several languages. English is always the deciding language in case of differences in interpretation.
5.
The management reserves the right to make changes in the rules at any time. All clients agree to be bound by all current rules and are advised to read them on a frequent basis.
6.
All clients must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
7.
Residents of restricted countries are not allowed to open an account or in any way use the gaming services offered by WePlay Network as per Curacao gaming license requirement and local legislation.
The prohibitions on Curaçao gambling license countries’ external jurisdictions take four main forms.
In the first place, there are countries that totally ban online gambling for their own citizens, regardless of where the e-gaming operation is based. These include the United Arab Emirates, Brunei, Cambodia, North Korea, Japan, Singapore, Cyprus, and Qatar.
Many other countries prohibit access from their own country to foreign online gaming sites, mainly to protect their own local gaming operators. These include Georgia, Sri Lanka, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Romania, Spain, UK, USA and Panama.
In some of them, there are prohibitions inside their own jurisdictions, so that citizens cannot engage with local operators. This group includes Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Norway ,Montenegro, Portugal, San Marino, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Canada, Dominica, and Dominican Republic. However, there is nothing prohibiting them from engaging with a Curacao-based online gaming operator.
Finally, Curacao prohibits access for its own citizens, and there are some specific countries that have treaties with Curacao that include restrictions prohibiting online gambling. These include the USA, the Netherlands, France, Dutch West Indies, and Australia.
It is the duty and responsibility of the license holder to check that customers are not accessing the Curacao gaming operation from prohibited jurisdictions. Regular checks are made by the Curacao Gaming Control Board as a part of the AFL/CFT supervision of all gaming sectors operating in and from Curacao, which includes the online gaming sector

WePlay Network reserves the right to refuse any application without further explanation.
9.
WePlay Network also reserves the right to close down existing accounts without explanation. In this event, or in the event of an account closure by a client, the full balance will be paid out unless any fraudulent behavior is suspected.
10.
Each person is only allowed to have one account with WePlay Network
11.
It is up to each client to make sure that no local laws or regulations are violated. WePlay Network takes no responsibility whatsoever for clients not abiding such rules.
12.
All clients are obliged to provide their full and accurate personal details. Failure to provide full and accurate personal details may result in disqualification, account closure or forfeiture of funds.
13.
It is your responsibility to protect your Player ID and Password. Any actions carried out by the use of your login details are at your sole risk and any liability there from shall be strictly yours.
14.
The player account is individual and the client is entirely responsible for account obligations and also entitled to all profits and benefits.
15.
If disputes arise between clients or between clients and WePlay Network the judgment of the WePlay Network management is final, binding and conclusive in all matters.
16.
WePlay Network is not responsible for any claims, losses or damages under any condition. All participating in our games are made at your own risk.
17.
Clients shall not hold the gaming operator, its owners, employees, affiliates or other companies or people linked to WePlay Network responsible for any costs or damages caused by;
- the use of the website,
- the use of any material from the website,
- the use of any of our servers,
- the use of any of our software,
- participation in any game or
- the winning of any prize.
18.
All taxes, duties and fees applicable in connection with any winnings at WePlay Network are the sole responsibility of the client.
19.
WePlay Network takes active measures necessary to prevent, and to investigate suspected cases of, all kinds of fraud, collusion, money laundering activities and/or other forms of criminal activity. Any such case may be reported to the relevant authorities.
20.
Any changes in the player’s personal information should be updated in the player account as soon as possible.
21.
WePlay Network reserves the right to ask for documents at any time in order to prove the identity of the client. The client will have to provide identification whenever the client makes withdrawals of funds amounting to 100 USD or more. 
22.
WePlay Network does not report client’s winnings to any government agencies. It is solely the client's responsibility to report any income from gaming activities to his/her government agencies, if required.
23.
WePlay Network guarantees to handle all player accounts with strict confidentiality. This confidentiality can only be breached by order of the local authorities or when criminal activities are suspected or reported to WePlay Network or to financial institutions or auditors related to WePlay Network .
24.
WePlay Network reserves the right to cancel your player account for any justifiable reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. If you do not access your WePlay Network account by "logging in" to your account for a period of twelve (12) months, WePlay Network will charge the account a monthly administrative fee amounting to 10 % of the funds for as long as you have funds on the account or until you access your account by “logging in” again. Such requirement for log-in and entry is not and does not constitute any requirement whatsoever for you to play any game, deposit funds or participate in any activity at WePlay Network other than logging in.

A client unsatisfied with how WePlay Network handles a complaint made by the client, is requested to send the complaint to support@weplaynetwork.com
26.
Any dispute that cannot be settled between WePlay Network and the client shall be settled in USD according to local law.


BONUS RULE

1.
Complimentary or bonus amounts (EURO or VIP-points) credited by WePlay Network to a client for promotional purposes may only be used to play in the games according to the rules in the bonus offer
2.
Withdrawals from accounts that have taken part of a bonus are accepted only after complying with the rules set out in the bonus offer
3.
Only one account per IP-address and household is entitled to take part of the same bonus offer (signup bonus or deposit bonus)
4.
Referral bonuses are only given for real players referred to the site
5.
WePlay Network reserves the right to cancel or withdraw a promotional offer as well as changing the criteria for taking part of the offer at any time regardless of any information given in conjunction with the offer. WePlay Network reserves the right to close any account that is suspected to be involved in bonus abuse and confiscate funds in such accounts
6.
To be eligible for any of the bonuses offered by WePlay Network all personal information must be updated and accurate in the player account. If WePlay Network finds out that incorrect information is registered in the account WePlay Network reserves the right to cancel any bonuses that have been paid out to the account.


POKER RULE

1.
All poker games are played in EURO (EUR)
2.
WePlay Network offers its services to variety of operators meaning, that the same player may have accounts with other operators within the network. If a Poker Client Software from another partner in the network is open WePlay Network’s software cannot be started and vice versa
3.
It is strictly forbidden for a player to play at the same table with different nicknames used at different sites within the network. It is also forbidden to join the same tournament with different nicknames
4.
Players from the same household are not allowed to play at the same real money table or 1-table tournaments
5.
WePlay Network does not allow any automated programs that enable artificial intelligence to play at the site. Only physical persons are allowed to open accounts and play at the site, and the use of such “bot” software programs is strictly forbidden
6.
Poker is an individual game where players play for their own interest. Any kind of cooperation or partnership between players is strictly forbidden.
7.
WePlay Network reserve the right at our own discretion to cancel, reverse or adjust any transactions and/or forfeit funds due to any collusion and/or criminal acts
8.
Chipdumping (when a player deliberately loses hands to transfer money to a partner player) is considered illegal and WePlay Network reserves the right to freeze accounts involved in chipdumping and also to confiscate funds held in such accounts
9.
It is strictly forbidden to give away any information about your hand before a pot is finished by communicating with other players
10.
WePlay Network offers players a chat feature. All chat must be in English, not have comments on pots in progress, not contain disrespectful comments about other players nor make any comments or use expressions that may offend other players
11.
A player shall not register or utilize a nickname that may be deemed to be similar to a trademark, company name or be deemed offensive or abusive to other players
12.

13.
Management’s decision is final.

SERVER DOWNTIME
1.
In the event of server crash, or unscheduled downtime, WePlay Network will refund players as follows:
- Ring Games: In the event of a server crash, all hands in progress will be rolled back. Each player's chip count will be reset to the amount at the beginning of the hand.
- Tournaments (SNGs/MTTs) : If we experience a server crash or unscheduled downtime of less than 20 minutes we will attempt to restart tournaments as soon as the majority of players have reconnected. If the downtime lasts longer than 20 minutes we reserve the right to cancel tournaments and refund players based on our tournament cancellation policy.

Cancellation prior to the start of a tournament: If a tournament is cancelled before it begins, each player registered will receive a refund of the buy-in and fee. Refunds will be provided in the same currency each player paid to register whether it is cash, ticket etc. However in some cases tickets may be refunded in cash.
3.
50/50 Tournament Policy: If a tournament is cancelled before the any prizes are have been awarded we will compensate all remaining players based on their play up to the time of the cancellation. First the buy-ins and fees will be refunded to all remaining players. Then 50% of the remaining prize pool will be divided equally among the remaining players and the other 50% of the prize pool will be awarded proportionately based on each player's chip count. Players eliminated prior to the cancellation will not be entitled to a refund. All awards for a cash prize tournament cancelled in progress will be cash. If the cancelled tournament has a guaranteed prize pool, only the total prize pool generated by tournament buy-ins (and rebuys & add-ons if the tourney was an R&A) will be awarded (not the guaranteed prize).

In the Money Tournament Policy: If a tournament is cancelled after one or more cash prizes have been awarded we will compensate all remaining players based on their play up to the time of the cancellation. First all remaining players will receive a refund of their entry fee. Then each player remaining will receive a cash prize equal to the next prize that was to be awarded before cancellation. The rest of the prize pool will then be distributed proportionately to the remaining players based on each players chip count (if the prize pool is not large enough to pay each player the next prize, distribute the prize pool based on chip count only). Players eliminated prior to the cancellation will not be entitled to a refund. All awards for a cash prize tournament cancelled in progress will be cash. If the cancelled tournament has a guaranteed prize pool, only the total prize pool generated by tournament buy-ins (and rebuys & add-ons if the tourney was an R&A) will be awarded (not the guaranteed prize).
5.
Sit and Go Tournaments: If a Sit and Go is cancelled before it begins, each player registered will receive a refund of the buy-in and fee. If a Sit and Go is cancelled while running, each remaining player will receive a refund for the buy-in and fee and the remaining prize pool will be split among the remaining players proportionally based on chip counts. Players eliminated prior to the cancellation will not be entitled to a refund
 
TOURNAMENT RULES
1.
Details for a specific tournament can be found in the Tournament Area.
2.
Scheduled tournaments start at the time given in the Tournament Area and Sit & Go’s start when the required number of players have registered. It is not possible to join a tournament once the tournament has started unless late registration is open.
3.
As soon as a tournament is announced in the Tournament Area, it is normally possible to register for that tournament, unless it is a freeroll. Registration for freerolls normally opens two hours before the starting time. When the player registers, the amount of the buy-in and entry fee is deducted from the players account.
4.
Tournaments may have a maximum number of entrants. It is not possible to register to a tournament that is full unless another player de-registers. If less than three players register for a tournament, the tournament will be canceled and all stakes returned.
5.
If a player has registered for a tournament, the player can de-register before the tournament has started and get his stake returned.
6.
Normally the number of prizes will depend on the number of entrants in a tournament.
7.
Some tournaments, like freerolls, may instead have a fixed number of prizes.
8.
A player is eliminated from the tournament when the players chip count is zero.
9.
If more than one player is eliminated in the same hand the player with the most chips before the tournament started will get the higher place.
10.
The tournament ends when one player has accumulated all the chips in the tournament.
11.
If a player is disconnected or away he will still post his blinds in turn. His hand will be folded in turn if it would cost additional chips to call. The player can anytime during the hand come back into play.
12.
Players participating in freeroll tournaments are obliged to play a normal game, meaning that going all-in in basically every hand in the opening rounds is prohibited. It is also prohibited for the same player to use several accounts or to play at different accounts from the same computer.
13.
Abuse of these rules will disqualify the player from any winnings in the tournament and also from previous winnings in other freerolls.
14.
Management decisions are final in all matters.
